Our in-house design team works as an extension of each of our Clients’s designers. This essential and highly convenient service is made possible by our Team’s deeply customer-centric attitude, their close proximity to our supplier base, as well as our meticulously kept sample archive and fabric library. Whether upon our request or pro- actively anticipated by our designer-researchers, we constantly propose new solutions in support of our customers’ ideas and in observance of their aesthetic and budgetary considerations.

Merchandising
We offer our Clients insight into the latest market trends. Within the scope of our expertise, our Sales/R&D team create tailor-made innovation packages featuring the latest, most successful shapes, fabrics, colours, trims, prints, embroideries and finishes.

Pattern making
Our team of highly talented pattern-makers have over 90 years of combined experience between them. With complimentary skills and sensitivities, we successfully cover a broad range of aesthetics, styles and fabrics. Once assigned to a specific pattern-maker, each Client will always have all their products engineered by the same person, so they can build up on their knowledge of each brand and their unique handwriting.

Trims & Accessories
Our dedicated 5-person team researches, develops and sources trims and accessories for all our Customers. Sourcing can take place both locally and globally for maximum capacity, competitiveness and flexibility.

Supply chain management
(local & global)
We manage a supply-chain of 500+ partners & suppliers, both local and global. Under our Procurement Department’s close coordination, suppliers are selected for their technical strengths, quality, price, service levels and lead-times. At every P.O. received, a dedicated Critical Path is created to ensure all the necessary steps have adequate time slots leading up to the delivery date.

Bulk cut & sew
For bulk production, each style is allocated to a specific, Client-dedicated cut & sew team. Sewing teams ensure high quality craftsmanship with full understanding of each product’s technical and aesthetic requirements. This process is supported by our 9- step Quality Protocol.

Finishing
Our team nurtures each garment at finishing stage to ensure our Clients’ standards are met.

Packaging & Logistics
Tailor-made packaging and shipping solutions are available, including drop shipments and sustainable packaging options.
